I only see unwatched status indicators. Is there an option to display watched status indicators as well?
No, there isn't and there never will be.

Can you make the back button to go back from the libraries to the homescreen?
Yes I can, but no I won't. The pros don't outweigh the cons in my opinion. I think it's way more tedious to have to scroll to the top of a list to be able to go to the upper nodes like genres and actors than pressing back a couple of times.

Can you make the submenu open on pressing right, instead of selecting the main menu item?
No, this will not be changed in the foreseeable future.

The fonts are lowercase, can you change that?
An alternate fontset is included which uses upper and lowercase fonts in selected areas.

Backing out of a settings category screen brings me back to the homescreen. But I want it to go to the settings screen.
Check "open settings screen instead of settings menu" under "main menu" in the skin settings.

Will you make an alternate homescreen at all?
Possibly, but it's very low priority.

when using banners for tv shows, the video information screen for tv shows uses a poster format, resulting in a distorted image
This will not be adressed. In a future update XBMC will be able to show banner and poster images simultaneously. This will result in showing the banner image in the viewtype, and the poster image in the info dialog screen.

Can the skin be made more transparent to see more of the fanart?
Yes it can, but no it won't. Make it an option!? Still no.

Can you add feature X or Y?
Maybe. But don't get mad when I don't. As much as I hope people will enjoy using it, development is also driven by my own preferences. Until version 1.0 is out, development will focus on fixing bugs, cleaning up code and textures, etc.
