Hopefully someone here can help me because I'm out of ideas, I got a new system about a week ago, it was all set-up and ready to go, but when I put my Remote into the system
1. it worked for a few presses moved the title screen
2. it stopped and the IR receiver then went red as if it was receiving a signal and just stayed red.
really need help here. I just need to add I booted the system up on my home pc (desktop) and it was fine left right etc so on and so forth no problems at all.
