I just got a new HD camcorder, and I'm happy and sad....
The camera is great, but the files don't play in XBMC. (What's the point in shooting video if you can't watch it right?)
The files are either 1080/30p, or 720/60p, h.264 AVC, aac audio .mp4 clips.
(EDIT: The standard def clips from this camera don't play either, so it's some kind of format problem.)
There are no thumbnails for those clips, and they play, but I only get audio and the default visualization. No Video.
Here's the log associated with it: http://pastebin.ca/1940970
I can post a small video clip somewhere as well if it will help sort it out.
These files do play back in regular old "Movie Player" that came with Ubuntu, and Winff works to re-compress them. Go figure.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Dan
