Hi,
ok... so I'm downsizing.. I've got this humungous ( but aging ) tower server with an old Athlon 1300.. SCSI disks.. DAT drive ( never used anymore ) masses of fans.. the lights dim in the whole neighbourhood when I switch it on. I want a Linux-based R3700 but I need RAID1 disks to keep everything safe since it's going to have all my music/photos etc. I'm considering a Sumvision TB32 to achieve this. Anyone got a similar setup or suggest better alternatives ? Was looking at the ASRock too but they don't seem to do anything based on D525/ION2 yet as you can tell I don't upgrade very often :-)
