To make it start in xbmc without having to enter login edit your grub.cfg file
file can be found in /boot/grub/grub.cfg
add "xbmc=autostart" in the linux line:
you should then have something like this here:
You can edit it with the command :
sudo nano /boot/grub/grub.cfg
save with ctrl+o and exit with ctrl+x
