When I start XBMC, I get a black screen until I move my mouse. Then, I get the XBMC logo and normal startup.
I've been using XBMC on Linux for about 3 years now and have always had this problem. I just never thought about reporting it until now because I'm trying to use only a remote control and not keep a keyboard and mouse "out" and in the way.
This seems to affect Boxee too.
Does anybody else experience this?
