"No info found" when adding new movies/episodes
#1
Adding movie Cashback, I get the list from theMovieDb with Cashback (2007) and Cashback (2004) - all is fine thus far. I choose 2007, it tried to download the info, but I get "No info found!" I've checked on the website that the page actually includes all info. The filename is "Cashback.mp4" so that shouldn't be an issue.

Similar problem arises with adding TV episodes.

Just installed 10.0, was running RC2 earlier and it worked fine. Any ideas?

Here partial log - looks like it's a read-only database. Might be Mozy backup which has it locked. I'll check.

edit: that was it: locked file. Back to regular programming Smile

I too had issues scraping with IMDB. Once I switched to the TMDB scraper all worked fine.
While the database is not quite as comprehensive as IMDB, you can sign up for free and be a contributor and start creating information for any missing movies in your database. It can be time consuming, but your work will benefit others.
