what's the difference b/w a portable (obviously portable), external, and SATA hd. i'm currently shopping for a drive which is to be used for htpc running xbmc (most likely going to be a revo). is there advantages/ disadvatages to certain ones. i kno it may be a noob question, but i tried searching the forum as well as google and couldn't find a good answer. the drive will most likely be western digital with @ least 1tb of storage, but i'm open to suggestions. looking for something with a price range below $160, but really closer to $100. thnx in advance for any help
