XBMC 11.0 (Eden) and Skins?

So Skin settings aren't going to be controlled the same as addons yet then?

Ideally they would be, but I understand that it somewhat limits what the skin settings can contain.

Perhaps if I have a better idea of what limitations skinners would have if their settings were addon-ized, I can start coming up with solutions.

Well having a proper spin control would be a big plus and the only minus I can think of right now would be the ones that require the displaying of a selected image (custom backdrops).
