I've previously ripped a few of my videos over to MKV and they play fine, but I recently upgraded Handbrake for Windows and while I can still play the old files just fine in XBMC-Windows, I can't play the new ones. I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what has changed. The same newly ripped MKV files play fine in XBMC-Linux and in VLC-Windows.

The only thing that I'm seeing showing up in the logs is:
"ERROR: CDVDPlayer::OpenInputStream - error opening [X:\Movies\TV\Black Lagoon\Black.Lagoon.S2E12.mkv]"
