I bought a multimedia box (STRONG LEAP-S3  )  and I would like to output a DTS signal for my Yamaha RX V 375 ??

I had Xiomi mi Box S , no problem with DTS Dignal...

Doesn't look like it supports DTS.

How many OTT streaming services use DTS for audio?  The only real source for DTS is ripped DVDs and Blu-rays isn't it?  That's a tiny market (and ripping DVDs and Blu-rays is not 100% legal in some territories)...  These kinds of boxes are designed for Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+ etc. - not for Kodi...
