Couple things:
Case: its fine mostly just get what you want
Mobo: Good choice I'm actually going to order the same one and a lot of people here are using ASRock
PSU: I personally don't really like coolmaster...I would look for something from Antec or Corsair(although they are a lil overpriced) .
CPU: again fine if you want to save some money look at the a6 3500
CPU fan: any low profile fan will work The Sythe BIG Shuriken 2 Rev B. is the goto for low profile (and its only 3 bucks more)
RAM: No way you need 16gigs unless your gonna be doing heavy image editing or something like that save about 100 bucks and get some kingston HyperX 4gbs... that will be more than enough
SSD: good choice on the M4, I assume you have some large hard disks for media storage already if not look into some 5400rpm ones

Thank you for the comments so far.

- I will look more into the PSU
- I will look at the other cpu fan
- RAM - I am still on the fence. I figure pay ahead now for what I may use the build to do. Still thinking about dropping to 8GB though..
- I am getting a QNAP for all my storage. That is the only reason I am building a box. I was going to go cheap for a 1080P box, then my boss convinced me to beef it up for a server. I will have about 6.5 TB after the RAID 5 takes a chunk out of the 4x8 TB HDDs

May have a new problem, since the Shuriken is so huge, those heat sinks on the RAM could be too tall... I haven't checked the measurements but I would highly recommend you check to make sure everything will fit okay.
HTPC 1 - AMD A8-3870K, ASRock A75M, Silverstone ML03B, Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1866, Crucial M4 64GB SSD
HTPC 2 - HP Stream Mini, 6GB Ram
unRAID 6 Server - Intel Celeron G1610, 20TB Storage

Hmmm... I did not think about the cooler being so wide it hits the memory. I would change my cooler before my RAM if it all came down to just room.
eskro--Why do you say it is expensive RAM? I picked it because it was not very expensive compared to the others in the same category and had good reviews.

I meant $150 for 16GB. In general it is a good chunk of change.
I am going to load this system with Server 2008 and use it for other than XBMC. So I am just thinking ahead on the RAM. I am not real knowledgeable in what I need. My boss suggested I go ahead with the 16GB if I have the cash for it since I will be using it as a server.
