Xbian Pi - Cant detect UPnP from NAS
#1
So I just got my pi, and quick as quick can be, installed xbian with xbmc. I keep a quasi large collection of movies on my NAS - which is an older Maxtor Central Axis. It's a UPnP compatible device, and when going to add the damn thing as a video source it sees it just fine. However, it appears to be stuck on

"Downloading Movie Infomation
Scanning for new content"

It gets stuck on this for eternity. The Central Axis is not compatible with SMB natively, I would have to mount it manually on startup I think, and I'm not sure I am there yet.

Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance....

[EDIT] Oh, and after a pi reboot, xbmc shows the share as being added, but doesn't show any of the video files in it. I've searched and searched for this, but can't find anybody else with quite this problem.

Could it be related to this: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=142719

Try to upgrade/downgrade XBMC, to see if the problem disappears..
