[RELEASE] Deathsquad.tv

I've made a simple plugin to browse and display episodes from deathsquad.tv. It's pretty straightforward, just install and run, no setup required.

N.B. This addon depends on the vimeo plugin which is currently broken (version 1.3.0) in the eden repo. You can rollback the vimeo addon to version 1.2.0 until a fix is released and this plugin will work fine.

Addon just got pulled to the official repo so you can now download it directly from XBMC, enjoy

Also, as before, you'll need to either rollback your vimeo addon, update vimeo from mercurial, or simply wait until a fix is released so that this will work correctly.
