Bug found ? Rewind = NOT Rewind
#1
Hi folks,

I think i have found a small bug in xbmc for windows:

During a movie i press the menu button.

I navigate to the rewind button and press it down, and then:

The movie itself goes not back, it goes forward. Rolleyes

The fwd button itself operate as expected. Nod

I've installed the latest SVN build.
It occour's with the last n installed xbmc build's.

Please check it out ...

Thx in advance

How to post the bug in this case ?

In this case i have no log, because everything is fine except the REWIND Button doesn't compute as expected.

Best Regards

XBMC always logs unless you explicitly tell it not to, in which case you know how to tell it to do it again...

What is the file type of the movie you are playing when this happens?

And you'll need a debug log posted if you want any official help (as althekiller just said)

Hi folks,

i'm back again Nod

SVN-Build installed : 21958

Problem occour's with ISO Images (PAL).

Here you can find the corresponding log.

The failure comes up every time i try to navigate back inside a played movie.
I open the menu, navigate to REWIND and press ok on the Remote.
The movie doesn't Rewind, it goes Forward until i press the Play button.

Try it, i think it's the same in the last 5-10 build's.

Thx in advance

wouldn't hurt to use the search option either. ;-)

it's a known issue and it's been reported several times before:
